Mrs. Joan Togami is a Speech-Language Pathologist with 34 years of experience spending her last 23 years specifically dedicated to pediatrics. She attended Baylor University where she received a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. While at Baylor Scott and White for 28 years she stepped into the role of lead pediatric clinician at McLane Children’s Hospital working in the outpatient and inpatient hospital settings.

She has over 20 years of extensive experience working as a member of the Craniofacial Cleft Palate Team. Her many other areas of expertise include: developmental speech and language disorders, phonological processes, articulation delays, differential assessment of VPI, social language delays, infant feeding disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), dysarthria, traumatic brain injury and pediatric dysphagia.
